Kastel Stafilic is a village located in the municipality of Kastela, which has 7 vilages (Kastel Sucurac, Kastel Gomilica, Kastel Kambelovac, Kastel Luksic, Kastel Stari, Kastel Novi, Kastel stafilic). Each of the Kastel villages, including Kastel Stari has a castle. Kastel actually means castle, and because of the 7 castles, that is why there are 7 Kastel villages .
"Summer culture of Kastel" takes place every year from July 1st - August 31st. During those days, over 60 different performances take place: theater, exhibitions, classical and pop concerts, folk dance, sports competitions, as well as various fisher men's and hunters' festivities.

Marina is a village and small harbour, situated half way of Trogir and Sibenik. Marina is best known for its tower which dates back to the far history when it was used as a shelter for the natives who fought against the Venetians. Today, the tower has been turned into a hotel and restaurant.
In Marina you can find a small marina for ships and yachts, tourist bureau, post office, medical clinic, supermarkets, exchange office, restaurants and taverns with original Dalmatian specialities accompanied by domestic wines. There are cafe bars that work almost all night and for those that wish to party longer, the Aurora disco club is just 15 km away towards Sibenik. There are a number of small coves with sand/peeble beaches.

Poljica is a small village 14 km from Trogir, just before the village of Marina. Poljica's coast is full of small beaches, and the sea is cristal clear.
Poljica has a few bars and restaurants where you can enjoy in great dalmatian specialties. Near Poljica there is a village called Vrsine and is known for its village tourism and donkey race. There is a fish farm nearby where you can buy quality fresh fish.

Seget Donji is a village just 2 km west of Trogir with a population 2,334. Seget is also known as "Middle of Adriatic" because of its geographical position exactly in the middle of coastline of the Adriatic Sea.
There is a beautiful seaside promenade ("Lungomare") that connects Seget with Hotel "Medena", 2 km more to the West, which is often used by locals and tourists for walking and jogging. Medena beach is a very cultivated 3km long gravel beach surrounded by old pine-woods and various sport facilities: Water Sport Center, tennis courts, football & basketball courts, beach volleyball, and Water-slide.

Trogir, a harbour town on the coastal strip of the Kastela Gulf, 27 km west of Split. The core of the town is situated on a small island between the island of Ciovo and the mainland; connected to the mainland by a small stone bridge, and with the island of Ciovo with a drawbridge. Trogir is a town-museum in the very meaning of the word, not as well known as Split or Dubrovnik but rivals these cities in beauty. Trogir has been recognized by UNESCO and in 1997 was registed as a World Cultural Heritage.
The town was founded by Greek colonists from the Island of Vis in the 3rd century BC. Trogir, surrounded by walls, comprises of a preserved castle and tower and a series of dwellings and palaces from the Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods. Trogir’s grandest building is the church of St. Lawrence, whose main west portal is a masterpiece by Radovan, and the most significant work of the Romanesque-Gothic style in the country.
